James: An app idea that lets people treat their home like a hotel, handing over 24hr ownership to a tenant, who cleans up and hands off ownership to the next 24hr tenant/owner when they leave. Unlike AirBnB, the current tenant takes responsibilty for the state of the home when the next tenant arrives.

The goal of the app is to help users save money on hotels and generate revenue from their home.

I question if a 24hr owner will take full responsibility for the details around the home and I question if I want to move to a new house every day? I like the idea that it's possible.
